July 8th - Brimingham: Biology

With their guests holding the essential memberships and tickets, and after finding every avenue blocked, Biology's Jarvis Sandy stalls for more time by sending his following on the "magical-wild-goose-chase" along busy motorways and winding country lanes all night long.

By eight o'clock in the morning, Jarvis and his team eventually find a suitable venue and end up hosting their "DJ's Convention" in the heart of the England, at The Hummingbird in Brimingham, west Midlands.

July 14th - Manchester: The Haçienda

Sixteen-year-old Claire Leighton from Cannock in Staffordshire becomes the first reported Ecstasy fatality in the United Kingdom. After collapsing at the Haçienda in Manchester, Greater Manchester, Claire later passed away from internal bleeding.

July 15th - Milton Keynes: The Eclipse

The party scene suffers a major setback in Buckinghamshire as intervention from the authorities forces the crew of "The Eclipse" to cancel their party at very short notice.

Their planned rave is given the red card as Thames Valley Police slam an injunction on their forthcoming party, the organisers handle the bad news by counter-attacking the authorities and contesting their injunction in court. Surprisingly, the organisers prayers are answered as the judge overturns the original verdict and they are left free to concentrate on their event.

Now with a proper drawn-up contract with the land-owner of the festival site, the organisers carry on with their project in anticipation of the thousands of clubbers who are about to come and celebrate this hard-fought victory with the organisers.

Unbeknown to the organisers... The local authorities pre-empt fate by paying a discrete visit to the land owner. After the normal round of scare stories, badgering and harrasment, the land owner finally gives in to their pressure and pulls out of the Eclipse project.

July 29th - Balderstone: Blast Off

The beautiful Ribble Valley in Lancashire is cast as the unlikely backdrop as Blackburn's loyal party scene warms up with the prelude before the "big one" in a few months time...

London's Enigmatic arrives in the land of the "flat-cap" to warm-up the four-thousand attendees with the first of the "Blast Off" parties near the village of Balderstone, Lancashire.
