November 2nd - Maidstone: Global Dance They will be some sad faces in Kent as another organisation rides off into the promotional sunset. With traceable links back to '89, Global Dance says farewell to the ravescene with their fifth and final party at Mote Park Leisure Centre in Maidstone, Kent.
For the past and very memorable year, Global Dance have kept ravers entertained as they went on their whistle-stop tour of Kent's Leisure Centres. No venue they used on their tour has been the same again as Global Dance gradually built up a healthy following, dazzling ravers wherever they went.
Leas Cliff Hall, The Winter Gardens, Stour Centre, Swallows Leisure Centre and now Mote Park in Maidstone will signal the end of a spectacular, if brief chapter in Kent raving folklore.
