New Years Eve - Telford: Pandemonium & Quest

In a year of promoter unions and a couple of successfull road trips in May and August of this year, two of the biggest promoters in the midlands - Pandemonium and Quest also get together to host a massive New Years party at The Old Cinema in Wellington, Telford.

Pandemonium, Quest and a host of top names including Top Buzz, DJ Ratty and the Ratpack will take everyone on a musical extravaganza and will transport them back into time with the top tunes of this year and into '93 with the futuristic sounds of tommorrow.

New Years Eve - Thurrock: Raindance

With their merchandise shop inside the Common Market on the Kings Road doing well, Raindance comes out of hibernation to hold the next chapter in their annual new years eve series at the Arena Raceway in Thurrock, Essex.

New Years Eve - Newbury: Fantazia

Fantazia will end the year by presenting their annual end of year show-piece event, "Into 1993" at Littlecote House near Newbury, Berkshire.

In a frantic bid to attract more punters, the team at Fantazia went to town and futher "enchanced" the back of their flyer:

In reality, Fantzia's event of the year was held indoors... In three tents in the grounds of Littlecote House. By the time the sixteen thousand strong crowd got to the event, the tents were already soggy from the obvious mud underfoot from the previous downpours in the weeks leading to the event.

As Fantazia also held their indoor/outdoor event the middle of the winter, there was another downpour of heavy rain during the night and freezing fog in the early morning which didn’t do anything to help Fantazia's cause.

Surprisingly, some of their promised attractions wasn't present, some of the DJ's didn't show up at the rave and many people had citied it as the best party of the year. The local farmers did a roaring trade after the rave as they charged up to twenty quid to pull stuck cars out of the car park in the morning!, Fantazia have got some explaining to do...
