November

November - Manchester: Konspiracy

Chris Nelson - Who is seen as a leading light on the blossoming northern scene, and as part of the local "Jam MC's" collective, toured with The Happy Mondays on their first World Tour and spun tunes at most of the infamous Blackburn parties, launches "Konspiracy" at the old "Pips" club [ a small tardis-like venue with several dancefloors and eight bars ] in Fennel Street, City of Manchester.

Now Mancunians will have another place to strut their stuff as Chris and his team have opened their club to be a viable alternative to Mike Pickering's "Nude" club at the Haçienda. With the customary lively atmosphere and full-houses since opening the venue, the team at Konspiracy will start to have the same worrying issues as it's neighbourly predecessors as outside influences start to surface inside their club.

November 4th - London: Devotion

London's clubland moves apace as another challenger joins their ranks. Devotion moves into the financial heart of London to begin hosting weekly parties at Turnmills near Farringdon tube station thus starting a long affiliation with house music at the venue, their first night is free!.

November 8th - London: Shoom

Hedonistic adventures, sudden fame and the media spotlight all makes for an unlikely conclusion for Danny and Jenni Rampling. The UK's most famous raving partnership stun their following at Shoom and also sends massive shockwaves through London's clubland by annonucing that their club is opening it's hallowed doors for the very last time.

The Rampling's had turned the fortunes of their clubnight - from been on the verge of extinction to become the toast of the town. In a very brief and error-ridden last newletter, the Rampling's plan to host a final send-off for the original fitness centre crew, their friends and close associates.

November 11th - Liverpool: The State

The notoriety of their venue, the trappings of success and the suspected cases of overcrowding have finally taken their toll as the ever popular State ballroom in Dale Street, Liverpool City Centre is forced out of business by the rowdy soundtrack provided by Merseyside Police.

After the venues closure, State resident Mike Knowler is approached by a mystery figure with an offer to move up the road to Bootle [ a small town-suburb, four miles north of the City Centre ] to become the main resident at a newly opened venue called Quadrant Park. Mike will also see that his partner-in-crime Andy Carroll is alright for work as he will soon be following him to the quad to become the other main resident at the venue.

November - Telford: Pandemonium

Pandemonium intend to level out their playing field by hosting their latest illegal gathering in a derelict church in Telford, Shropshire. The surrounding ring road is totally grid-locked by clubbers and traffic, organisers Paul Archer and Paul Dawkes are banned from holding another party for twelve months.
