August 27th - London: Roast

Central London is going to be in for another case of gridlockitis as promoters Everton and Kingsley Taylor from the junglists favourite sunday night out "Roast", celebrates their three years in the rave business by holding a special one-off party at the London Astoria in central London.

One of the biggest nights in Roast's history will have junglists from all of the UK meeting in the capital to witness this classic party. During the night, Roast regulars and first-timers will be in for a wicked night as DJ SL, Kenny Ken, Randall, Grooverider, MC Moose and Five-O will eventually turn the main arena into a dank and dirty sweatbox just like how Roast always does!.

August 28th - Birmingham: Gatecrasher

Birmingham's house contingent had better squeeze up a little as there is a new organiser invading on their patch. Brum gets a splash of colour as Simon Raine and Simon Oates host the first Gatecrasher party at Bakers Nightclub in Birmingham, west midlands.

August 28th - London: Thunder & Joy

The other main challenger to Roast's dominance in the London sunday night market "Thunder and Joy" officially brings a colourful summer of indoor raving to a close when they host the traditional end of carnival party at the LA2 [ London Astoria 2 ] in central London.

August - London: Lucky Spin

In the need to futher their expansion plans, record store and label Lucky Spin moves away from their old home base inside the Common Market complex on Kings Road in Chelsea, south-west London, to the bigger and brand new premises near the Rocket club on the Holloway Road in north London.

As the centerpiece of refurbishing their new premises, Lucky Spin commision rave artist Pez to decorate their walls with murals and artwork in the typical Pezism style. As you can imgine, the Lucky Spin-Pezism project ran over a little but due to it's intricacy, but the end result is breathtaking as ravers, record buyers and the general public will come to the shop just to see this one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
