March 1st - National: The Sun The media is jumping on our bandwagon as the Sun's Andy Coulson from the super hip and trendy, clubbers favourite newspaper, crashes and burns spectacularly when he attempts to describe the scene. In his "Know Your Garage From Your House" column, Mr Coulson in all his wisdom thinks:
It seems that Andy doesn't know his ars... Know your garage from your house, don't you think he should he have brought in someone who actually knows about the scene to save himself the embarrassment?.

March 8th - London: Elevation & Reincarnation Elevation, Reincarnation, Ravescene Magazine and sweaty Betty will add some spice to the proceedings when they come up with a interesting new concept, the "1st Hardcore Dance Awards" at the "purposely built" National Sports Centre at Crystal Palace in south-east London.
From a pre-organised selection, ravers had to vote for their favourite hardcore-jungle DJ, MC, record shop, rave, venue, label, etc by snail mail or phone to the promoters of the event or to Ravescene's headquarters in central London. The raving public duly responded to their request by selecting these lucky winners as the first time winners of the awards.

March 12th - Birmingham: Renaissance With it's cathedral like interior the Methodist Central Hall, also more better known as the Que Club in Birmingham, west midlands is transformed into a heavenly spectacle for Renaissance's second birthday.
Two years has gone very quick for Renaissance and it's founder Geoff Oakes as his organisation first took a small club in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, held parties in it and packed it out to the rafters regulary for the past fifteen months. The peformances of it's residents gradually elevated the venue into arguably, the first ever "Superclub" making household names of Sasha and John Digweed at the same time.
On their travels, Renaissance went down to London to visit the Ministry of Sound and even further down south where they held parties at Hastings Pier in conjunction with John Digweed's Bedrock. In a couple of weeks, Renaissance will be back in Birmingham to start a new residency down the road at Bakers and there has also been talk of a new Mix CD coming out as well!.
For the most talked about party the venue has ever seen, Reniassance will have their residents - Sasha and John Digweed keeping the crowd entertained. You also have M People as the live PA, clouds above the dancefloor and the normal packed house, Renaissance is all set for the grandest party ever held in the west midlands!.
