March 18th - Wolverhampton: Spiral Tribe

Free party organisation Spiral Tribe finally get the chance to tell their side of the story as thirteen members of their collective take part in a four-month trial, which has taken two years to go to court, and eventually cost the UK taxpayer the mindboggling fee of four million quid.

The thirteen members of the collective who where initially arrested after the party are summonds to trial for their involvement in the infamous Castemorton affair in May '92. After deliberating, the jury at Wolverhampton Crown Court eventually found the "Castemorton Thirteen" not guilty of "Conspiracy to cause public nuisance" and acquited them of the charge.

Seeing that the end is nigh for the free party scene in the UK, a majority of the remaining members of their collective along with their coaches and vans in tow, split up and re-locate to mainland Europe where the tribe have been holding parties since early in '92. The whole free party scene is growing in Europe as the local authorities have a more relaxed attitude to free parties.

Stopping off in various towns, cities and countries like Wicklow, Amsterdam, Paris, Rotterdam, Valencia, Montpellier, Prague, Berlin and Vienna, the Tribe would spread their message and ethos by organising and holding free parties which would bring together a brand new European audience and a new free party concept develops. If the party becomes a big open-ended invitation for other free soundsystems to take part, similar to that party on the common the party would then become known as a "Teknival".

March 19th - Leeds: Phobia

On a eleven-month journey around the north of England and the fringes of Scotland which has seen them holding parties in Carlisle, Kendal, Livingston and Whitley Bay, the organisers from Phobia come back into their town to present "The Homecoming" third birthday party at Leeds University in Leeds, Yorkshire.

March 19th - Kings Lynn: Hyperbolic

The eastern reaches of England is back in the spotlight again, this time for the right reason as organiser Paul Grant and the happy poeple hosts "Creating The Groove", Hyperbolic's second party of the year at the Speedway Stadium in Kings Lynn, Norfolk.

March 25th - Stevenage: United Dance & Temptation

Temptation - An east anglian promotions team who have been hosting parties for the past few years are approached by record label boss Chris Brown from United Dance. Chelmsford based United Dance have been shifting units for the past year and now is the time for "UD" to crack the ravescene proper.

Chris Brown enlists the help of an experienced [ e.g. Temptation ] promoter to work alongside with so he can get the approval to host an party as Stevenage Borough Council only lets established promoters use the venue. Chris brown's plan works as the license is fully granted, and the organisers are now ready to take on the scene as they host the first "United Dance and Temptation" party at the three thousand capacity Stevenage Arts & Leisure Centre in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
